Hey, y'all! Cat daddys out there sure are protective of their four-legged feline friends, and with good reason. Kitty cats are pawesome, and they deserve the full range of their homes. When the original poster of this thread and his wife decided to have with friends, they immediately thought of their cats when a friend requested to bring along their dog.
What takes the cake for us is that said friend was actually offended when OP denied his request to bring the doggo along to the party. It's OP's house, and inside of this house live two cats who should not be concerned that a foreign strange doggo will enter their space and potentially heckle them. OP is a thoughtful Cat daddy, and we appreciate his rightful decision to not allow his friend's doggo over. If OP had a fenced-in yard, that would be another story. But he does not. The cats and dogs would be forced to share the home and interact, which may or may not have negative results. It just ain't worth the risk!
